PLACING AN ORDER
After we have connected via email, we will set you up with a wholesale account so you can log into our private wholesale shop to place an order.
ORDER MINIMUMS
Each wholesale product has a minimum purchase quantity. Currently, the minimum purchase quantity is 6 of a single pattern and 3 of a single leather + hardware it. All wholesale purchases must also meet the required minimum total of $250.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If an item is out of stock, it will show as unavailable on the product page. While this is extremely rare, please know that we are working as hard as possible to get an item back in stock as quickly as possible!
SHIPPING POLICY
Most wholesale orders are shipped out via USPS within 4-5 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking info as soon as your order has been shipped.
COUPON CODES + DISCOUNTS
Discount codes will not be accepted or honored for any wholesale purchase. Wholesale orders received that use a coupon code will promptly be cancelled and refunded and access to the wholesale portal will be revoked.
RETAIL PRICING + RESALE POLICY
Wholesale stockists may sell Klum House products in their physical store at whatever price they choose, however full retail pricing (MSRP) must be maintained when selling on websites. Site-wide discounts are allowed, however any discounts, markdowns, or coupon codes specifically pertaining to Klum House products are strictly prohibited.
Wholesale stockists may sell Klum House products in their physical store(s) and on their store website. Reselling Klum House products on 3rd party websites such as Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc. is strictly prohibited and access to wholesale pricing will be revoked immediately if found to be in violation.
Our wholesale program is strictly for retailing Klum House patterns and kits. Wholesalers shall not buy Klum House products wholesale with the intention of retailing finished bags.
PHOTOS + SHOP SAMPLES
We are happy to provide website-ready product photos to you upon request.
We will ship a sewn sample of one bag for display purposes upon request with an order of $500 or more. Sample will be made with waxed canvas.
We will include samples of leather and hardware colors for display upon request.
